Online Coordination Meeting Held within the Scope of the UNITED SCHOOLS Erasmus+ Project

An online coordination meeting was held on 06.03.2026 within the scope of the UNITED SCHOOLS Erasmus+ Project, which is coordinated by our school, with the participation of partner schools. During the meeting, several important topics were discussed in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project activities.

The first agenda item focused on the first mobility activity to be held in Slovakia between 23–27 March 2026. During this mobility, teachers will exchange good practices on innovative approaches and methods in the field of Special Educational Needs (SEN). In addition, students will take part in various workshops and collaborative activities aimed at raising awareness about peer bullying. It was also decided that each partner school will bring two or three examples of good practices implemented in their schools to be shared on the project’s e-learning platform.

Another important topic discussed during the meeting was the project logo. It was proposed that each partner school select a logo within their school and send it to the project coordinator. The selected logos will then be presented for voting and the final project logo will be determined before the mobility in Slovakia.

The meeting also included discussions about the pre-test questionnaire conducted with teachers. It was stated that each partner school should reach 35 teachers to complete the survey in order to gather their opinions and experiences regarding SEN education. The results of this questionnaire will later be compared with a post-test at the end of the project to evaluate the impact of the project activities.

Another agenda item was the project website, which has been prepared under the coordination of Türkiye. It was emphasized that the website will serve as an important platform to share project activities, results and outputs with a wider audience.

Finally, partners discussed other organizational arrangements for the upcoming mobility, such as the materials to be brought to the meeting and the preparation of presentations and documents related to the project activities.

The meeting ended with positive wishes for continued cooperation and effective communication among the partner schools. The activities of the UNITED SCHOOLS Erasmus+ Project will continue in line with the planned schedule.
