Coordinators’ Meeting Held within the Scope of the UNITED SCHOOLS Erasmus+ Project
An online coordination meeting was held with the participation of project partners within the framework of the United Schools Erasmus+ project, coordinated by our school. Important agenda items were discussed to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and in line with the planned timeline.
As the first agenda item, project expenditures and the budget process were reviewed. Secondly, the pre-test conducted for teachers was evaluated. It was stated that the survey applied to 35 teachers from each partner school in order to collect teachers’ opinions regarding the Special Educational Needs (SEN) field will be re-administered at the end of the project. The data obtained will be compared to measure the impact of the project.
The development of the project website was also discussed. It was decided that the website will be prepared under the coordination of Türkiye, while the content will be created jointly by all partners. One of the key agenda items was the detailed planning of the first mobility activity to be held in Slovakia. It was announced that 3 teachers and 3 students from each partner school will participate in the mobility scheduled for 23–27 March in Slovakia.
Finally, possible dates for the second mobility activity to be hosted in North Macedonia were discussed. Considering the availability of our school, alternative dates in May and June were evaluated, and it was stated that the final dates will be determined by mutual agreement among the partners in the coming period.
The meeting concluded with wishes to maintain strong cooperation and effective communication among the project partners. The activities carried out within the scope of our Erasmus+ project will continue in accordance with the planned schedule.
